We want you to love your Sweet Lily purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

- Gift cards
- Items marked “non-returnable” at checkout
📦 How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@sweetlily.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
💸 Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
🔁 Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
- To swap an item, please return the original and place a new order.
🛡️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
